She holds an MBA from the University of South Wales and degrees in Arts and Sciences (BSc) from Ahmadu Bello University. She is a  Fellow and a Certified Management Consultant of the Institute of Management Consultants. • Certified Facility Manager (CFM) of the International Facility Management Association. • Chartered Facilities Management Surveyor (MRICS) of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). • Certified at the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (CIWFM), and a Trained Lead Auditor for ISO 41001:2018 with the British Standards Institution (BSI) Training Academy.

She holds several key leadership positions in different organization, she is currently the  Managing Director at Brains and Hammers Facility Management Limited, where she oversees comprehensive facility management services, Managing Director at WhiteOak Management Services Limited where she ensures high standards in management services,  Managing Director at Robyn’s Realtors Limited, a leading real estate operations and strategic development. Member of the Board of Trustees of Brains and Minds Academy, She is also the Director of Finance and Administration for the Association of Facilities Management Practitioners, Nigeria (AFMPN), overseeing financial planning, She is the  Founder of the Zainab Saleh Foundation, who organizes the Zainab Saleh International Female Open Karate Championship, promoting female participation in sports supporting various community development initiatives

Hajiya Zainab passionately advocate for sports, especially karate, She has significantly advanced the sport in Nigeria and promoted women’s participation. To mention a few, her roles in sports administration include: • Lagos State Technical Director for Karate: Providing strategic direction and technical oversight. • World Karate Judge and Continental Referee: Upholding the highest standards in international competitions. • Chairperson of the Women’s Affairs Commission of the Union African Karate Federations (UFAK): Championing gender equality and women’s empowerment in sports. • Board Member of the Karate Federation of Nigeria (KFN) and the Lagos State Karate Association (LSKA): Influencing policy and governance.

She is the Founder of the Zainab Saleh Foundation, which sponsors and organizes the Zainab Saleh International Female Open Karate Championship, now in its 11th year, recognized both locally and internationally.
